This is so American. We just love to overreact.

Glad the hot dogs are still there.
I can’t think of any item Costco sells that isn’t top notch. From food, to paper towels and toilet paper, to their meat cuts, vegs & fruit, t-shirts & socks and their Tier 1 gasoline. Really, the $50 annual membership is worth every penny.

Didn’t want to watch, so I tried to look it up. No reputable news sources, read a junk one. Sorry I wasted my time.

I don’t like hot dogs. There, I said it. I have no problem with sausages and similar items, but hot dogs are a no- go for me.
A couple of years ago the Costco locations near me took away the polish sausage, but they replaced it with bratwurst, so I was still happy. But now that’s gone, and to be honest, I can’t remember the last time I stopped at the snack bar at Costco since that happened. I tried some of the other items on the menu, but I have no interest in making those regular snacking options, mostly because, like most portions in this country, there was just too much food. A Polish or brat at Costco was a nice little guilty pleasure that I could indulge in every now and again, but those days are gone, I guess.
And I don’t care what anyone says, other than a lower cost for membership there is nothing that Sam’s does better than Costco. The addition of a Polish will not get me back in there. I’d sooner drive 297 miles to the nearest Wienerschnitzel than step foot in that pit of despair again. I have no idea how good their food is because I discovered in my three attempts at eating there they didn’t have what I wanted in stock, it was going to take 10-15 minutes (if you were lucky) to prepare, or the one person doing everything, food preparation and cashier duties, was so far behind that it was going to be a very long wait for a snack. Screw that.
